Unfortunately, many of today's leasing agents and property managers (some of whom jumped into the field during the boom) are ill equipped to deal with today's economic realities. After 25 years in the biz, I have been through my shares of ups and downs and in the process, have developed a common sense, no excuse approach to filling up empty spaces.
